Drawn from a collection made 38 miles south west of Sutherland, Ceres Division by T.M.Salter (3467A = sub-National Botanical Garden 1296/33). Straight from the veld. 14 August 1933 sent to National Botanical Garden and dried in the Bolus Herbarium. Diameter of flower 4 cm; Length of petal 1.9 cm; Width of petal 2 mm; Stamens 6 mm; Stigma 3 mm; Across disc 6 mm.
