Drawn from a collection made Rivier Zonder Einde [Riviersonderend, Caledon District by Neethling (sub-National Botanical Garden 602/24). Diameter of flower 9.6 cm; Stamen 8 mm; Petal up to 4.5 cm; Width up to 3 mm. Nearest Carpobrotus virescens, differs in having 5 sepals and 13 stigmas. Agrees in having slender stigmas and white-based petals.
