A Zioni religious group descend from Mautse Mountain after performing ceremonies in a stream at the Mountain which is in the Free State province of South Africa. The mountain is seen as extremely holy or spiritual to people who follow either traditional African animist religions, or the syncretic Zioni religions that combine Christian and animist faiths.
