Description: The Foreshore Freeway which will link the Eastern and Western boulevards. At bottom, work can be seen in progress over the Culemborg goods yards. To the right of the freeway can be seen the new Customs House under construction. The building under construction below the Sanlam Centre is Caltex House, which is an extension of the existing Douglas Murray Building. The City Council's new parking garage can be seen below the freeway's upper end.
