Waiting in vain: family, friends and supporters of Robben Island prisoners flocked to the Victoria Basin quayside today. They were told later that 15 would be released on Monday. Only one was named, Mr Joseph Matiwane, whose relatives have been told to expect him in Port Elizabeth.
