Description
This is Glen Beach, which has been proposed for use by Coloured people only. Residents say that only one section of the beach, a narrow channel on the Hout Bay side, can be regarded as safe for bathing. This channel is on the extreme right of the picture. Residents' bungalows are in the background. A sign says: 'Bathing is dangerous.'
