Description
Several prominent members of the South African Progressive Reform Party took part in the demonstration on Thibault Square in Cape Town today. Among the party officials standing behind Black Sash demonstrators are Mr Colin Eglin (left), leader of the party, and Dr F. van Zyl Slabbert, MP for Rondebosch (second from right). The demonstration was held in protest against the detention of five people under the Terrorism Act.
