A slain People's Liberation Army of Namibia (PLAN) combatant is brought back to Koevoet base, tied to a casspir (armoured military tank), Tsandi, Uukwaluudhi, South-West Africa (Namibia). 'Koevoet' is the common name for the South West African Police Counterinsurgency Unit (SAWPOLCOIN).
