Description: Almost futuristic in design, the Parow East Dutch Reformed Church in Tygerberg Road was built three years ago. The unusual tower rests on a triangular base and dwindles to a pinpoint at the top. The front wall is symbolically curved to welcome the congregation on Sundays. Steel, stone and metal have been combined into a harmonious, spacious place of worship.
