In addition to the shopping space on the ground floor, there are seven floors of office space and the banking hall also provides for art exhibitions. Saambou now owns buildings in Bellville valued at more than R1 500 000. With office accommodation in big demand in the rapidly developing Tygeberg area, office blocks are going up all over.
