Description: Bishop Lavis's Church : St. Paul's Church, Bree Street, where Bishop Lavis will be honoured by the citizens of Cape Town to-morrow. He served a large Anglican community there from his arrival in Cape Town in 1898 till 1928. Now his son-in-law the Rev K. O'Connor-Fenton has been rector there for six years. Bishop Lavis always said he wanted to be buried from St. Paul's. It was his last home. The Archbishop of Cape Town will celebrate Requiem Mass there at 9 a.m. to-morrow.
