Map of Southern Africa "showing mines, mineral concessions, power stations, etc., railways (completed & projected), ports & territorial divisions". Mining areas are coded according to their resource namely diamond, platinum, gold, copper, manganese, tin, asbestos and coal. The map includes two ancillary diagrams of the Witwatersrand Goldfields and Transvaal and Natal coal areas and was originally published as a supplement in the Rhodesian mining Journal, December 1930. Scales differ.
