Description: Mrs Althea Jansen, chairman of the Executive Committee of the Coloured Representative Council (CRC), visited Mitchell's Plain yesterday with other members of the CRC and management committee. A tour arranged by the City Council's executive committee began at the new town's visitors' centre, which opens to prospective home buyers next Monday. Mr David Jack, left, the City Council's director of planning, showed architects' models and sketches of various houses on offer. Beween them is Mrs Bronnie Harding, a Councillor, and on the right Mr Arthur Stanley, CRC member for Liesbeeck.
