Two new cabinet ministers and three deputy ministers were sworn in at Tuynhuys yesterday by the new State President, Mr Marais Viljoen. The third new minister, Mr LAPA Munnik abroad and will take office next month. Ministers and deputy ministers present yesterday were (front row from left): Mr Braam Raubenheimer, Minister of Water Affairs and Forestry; Marais Steyn, Minister of Community Development, of Coloured Relations and of Indian Affairs; Senator Owen Horwood, Minister of Finance; Mr Hendrik Schoeman, Minister of Agriculture; Mr P.W.
