A map of St. John's River with hydrographic information on river soundings and sea miles. "Soundings in feet reduced to low-water ordinary springs." The land along the river has relief shown by contours, shading and pictorially. Place names are Cape Hermes and Fort Harrison. There is a rectilineal figure lettered a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, i, x, m and n, plus points j, k and l. "The stations a ti I, x, m, are laid down from co-ordinates furnished by Mr. F. S. Watermeyer, Govt. Surveyor, and the stations j, k, l are scaled from his lithographed map and were fixed by compass bearings only by Lt. Cameron RE." The boundary from station m encloses with the river the area purchased from Umquilso by the Cape Government. Scale 1 inch to 1200 feet.
