Shembe is a staunchly traditionalist Zulu cult that was founded in 1913 by Isaiah Shembe after a vision. Their beliefs are a mix of Old and New Testament and the ancestral veneration of traditional Zulu culture.

District Six refers to a former inner-city residential area in Cape Town, South Africa. It is best known for the forced removal of over 60 000 of its residents by the apartheid government. This extensive sub-collection contains interviews from various projects conducted between 1985 and 2002. The majority of interviewees resided or worked in District Six prior to being forcibly removed.
